We have two different types of membership:
-
Active members are active within Phosh.mobi e.V. and help to accompblish the e.V.’s goals. They’re part of the general assembly including voting rights. These are our currently active members.
-
Supporting members support the e.V. and its goals financially. They can attend the general assembly but don’t have any voting rights.
Becoming an active member
To become an active member you should be a part of the Phosh community. This can be about anything: helping users, organizing install parties, coding, packaging, writing documentation, tracking bugs, designing artwork, helping with social media or testing new releases. To join the e.V. one then needs the recommendation of one and the support of two active members. The active members will then do a vote for each candidate. A simple majority is sufficient to become an active member.
We happily accept members from all over the world but since we haven’t translated the legal documents yet understanding German is unfortunately necessary at the moment.

Becoming a supporting member
If you don’t want to engage actively in the Phosh community but still want to support the project you can become a supporting member. By doing so you support the Phosh.mobi e.V. financially. Individuals, organizations and companies are eligible for this kind of membership. Supporting members and the announced contact persons of organizations and companies can attend the general assembly but have no voting right. The current support levels are
- Individuals: 120,00 € per year
- Organizations / Company: 1.200,00 € per year
Supporting members can express their endorsement by being listed on our website.
