Members of Phosh.mobi e.V. attended the first postmarketOS and Alpine Linux conference in Aachen. It was the first conference in this format but nevertheless very well prepared with an interesting schedule. There was even breakfast at the conference which is a nice way to meet people early over a coffee and a vegan sandwich.

Four members from our association attended, and we had one talk about Phosh and BengalOS on the main track.

To our knowledge this was the first conference primarily focusing on mainline Linux-based mobile phones which is a great step forward for our community. Congratulations to the organizers! The event gave us the chance to talk to some members from our community for the first time in real life and to reconnect with people we’ve fortunately met before. We hope to see you next year.
